Audits can be completed from any section of your site tree structure which is defined through the website. This allows you to only score what you want. Scoring can be configured to meet your requirements and failed items may have notes, failure reason and images assigned to them.
The built in Actions allows issues to created while performing an audit which can then be handled via the app or website.
